When i try to create a New Mod, a new Zone or a new charactere , Neverwinter Aurora Freeze and crash with a message.

"Access Violation At Adress 695B5310 in Module nvoglv32.dll. Writte of adress 695FEFA4"

What Does it mean? What can i do?

Update your video card driver.

You might consider updating nwn to 1.69 as well.
